The scope comes with a nice lens cover for both the objective lens and eyepiece, and a fairly rugged tripod. The cellphone adapter is a little cheap, but it works, and the bag leaves a lot to be desired, BUT, the scope itself makes up for these small issues. The focus knob is has a very fine and smooth adjustment, much better than the course focus on my old telescope, and makes it easy to focus in on distant objects, including planets.
The pictures I've taken are with an Iphone SE using the supplied phone adapter. They are not representative of the image quality I see through the scope with my eye, which is much crisper and clearer than the pictures represent. One thing to consider, however, is that if you plan on using this to view a full moon, you will need some sort of light filter to cut down on the brightness, I believe there are plenty of options that slip over the objective lens, and would be a good idea to have if you plan on using it for that purpose.
I can highly recommend this scope if you're on a budget and still want something that works and works well.

Provided tripod is rather a gimmick and can be use in case you have nothing more substantial around. I have installed my scope on my camera tripod and it works much better. The universal tripod adapter of the scope is solid and allows easy balance of the device. On my tripod I am using Fluid Drag Pan Head and adjusting /focusing the scope using the head handle and scope focusing wheel cause no vibration or picture distortion. I only could wish that the magnification ring has more smooth movement. As it is, it does require certain restrain and use of both hands. Again, it is not Swarovski's precision, but not really a disqualifying feature.
Finally, few comments regarding the customer service which I have found responsive and very solid overall. My digiscoping adapter arrived with one of the adjustment screws damaged. Email send to the customer service has been answered promptly and the replacement was sent without any delay and no cost to me. Emails confirming shipment and status were provided all the way. This kind of service definitely deserves 5 stars.

So I hope this review will get things started.
This was shipped to Canada with no surprise custom or duty costs. It arrived on time within a reasonable time frame. It was well packaged and had no defects upon opening.
The scope itself has a solid feeling if that makes sense. Not made of cheap material. All moving parts move smoothly and are tight enough to move in small increments but loose enough to make fine adjustments.
It comes with two (rubber) cap covers that are tight fitting which is great compared to other cheap plastic caps that never stay on.
Others have posted that the tripod is “cheap”. It is solid enough that I have no concern about it carrying the weight of the scope. I can see that if you were rough and pressed down on the tripod that it may deform a leg. I can’t imagine that this would happen with general use. The scope connects easily. The locking/adjustment function is smooth and does allow fine tweaking. Keep in mind that this is a table top tripod. It’s designed for laying / sitting on the ground with the scope or placing it on a hard surface like a picnic table. Of course the tripod isn’t mandatory for using the scope. The scopes weight can be managed by hand. Although long periods of time may give your forearms a workout.
There is a coated lens / anti fogging coating of some sort. I’ve been able to go from an warm inside temperature to outside Canadian winter with no fogging. I would not suggest doing this with any scope, camera or telescope if possible. Best practice, if you’re going from one extreme to another is to let your scope acclimated to the temperature you’re viewing in for an extended time before use.
Now let’s talk about the actual viewing and magnification. The scope has x 20 ,x40 & x60. Switching power is by turning a swivel at the eye piece. It turns smoothly. The focus swivel is easy to find while your eye is pressed to the lens. Again it turns smoothly. It’s hard to put into words how the viewing works or looks. See the attached photo. It speaks volumes. I viewed a communication tower at 2.5 km / 1.55 miles away and could count the rungs on the ladder of the tower. That being said, using the smart phone / camera adapter only increases the power. It’s great at this distance with the naked eye but I was amazed what was achieved with connecting my phone and zooming in with the camera. Check out my photo.
The smart phone adapter is made of plastic. It is sturdy. It’s easy to use and connects snuggly to the scope. My iPhone 10 with an OtterBox is heavy and very bulky in size. The adapter fits it with no problem. The adapter stays connected to the scope with no problem considering the weight.
A carrying case comes with the scope. It is a zipper close. It fits the scope, tripod and adapter with no problem. There’s room left if you needed at bring along some other small items.
My only suggestions for improvement or future attachments would be considering producing lens filters. There are no filters available through the supplier (that I could find or that customer service could offer me) There are third party filters available or YouTube videos to show you how to make your own.
I did contact customer service in reference to the above filters via email. My two exchanges with two separate people were not initially favourable in my opinion. I was contacted be a service representative named Alan shortly after. It appeared that the issue was simply due to a language barrier. Alan was able to speak to my questions and apologized for any miscommunications. This was absolutely satisfactory and resolved the issues. Subsequently, due to the company celebrating its 5 year anniversary I was sent a surprise thank you gift. I wish I could review this product as well. It met my expectations.
In the end I would obviously completely suggest purchasing this scope. I would not hesitate making other purchases of products through this company.

Update:
I took the scope out tonight and spotted the planet Saturn. The rings of Saturn were clearly visible. For such an in expensive achromatic refractor the colour and spherical aberration was well controlled. Focus was not difficult to reach for Saturn. Also Saturn was clear from edge to edge of the field of view. I also was able to see Jupiter with clear banding on the planet. The 4 Galileon moons were also in sharp focus. I saw some minor blue fringing on Jupiter at 60x magnification, but was very good control of colour aberration for this price range. This is not an apochromatic refractor with ED elements (would cost a lot more), but for the price it is a good achromatic refractor. Would love to compare this with the newer model with more lens elements and dual focuser.
